There is no minimum purchase requirement on either offer.

Target at Memorial and Penn is doing a promotion next week (the 5th thru the 11th). They are offering two free sheet and no sitting fee…no other obligation! They are trying to win a contest and are attempting to photograph as many people as possible!!
