Simple Saving Savvy is my personal blog. It’s focus  is to provide a simple, practical, ethical and encouraging environment to help  families become better stewards of their household budget and other resources. Everyday you can find money saving deals, coupon match ups, freebies, online deals and tips for purposeful living. Another goal at  Simple Saving Savvy is  to encourage others to “give back” out of the abundance that they’ve been given, whether it is by teaching others to save or passing along the items they get for free to those who need them.

Simple Saving Savvy is a faith-based blog. All posts are written with this in mind and many posts will contain content of a religious nature as well as promote other faith-based organizations.

Most of what I do with Simple Saving Savvy is a hobby and a ministry to others. While this is not my “stay at home job”, I do believe that it’s ok for me to be paid for the time and effort I put into this blog, as well as help compensate for some of the expenses it create.

When I post a coupon link, I may be receiving a small kickback from the manufacturer. Also, when you sign up for a special offer or freebie, I may be receiving a little compensation. I also use affiliate links where appropriate.

However, I am very picky about the companies I become affiliated with and the offers I choose to post. I turn down lots of opportunities because my integrity is important to me as well as maintaining the purpose of this blog.

I do not run sponsored posts. I will not accept monetary compensation to review a product or promote an idea. Sometimes a company will send me their product to conduct an educated review; I do keep these products. Many times a company will give me products to pass on to my readers in the form of a giveaway. I never charge for these giveaways. All product reviews are my honest opinion.

To wrap it up, the content or integrity of Simple Saving Savvy will never be compromised by monetary compensation.
